Subscription and Payment

Cancellation by You:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing notice in accordance with your service agreement. Refund policies, if applicable, will be detailed in the service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages arising from using our Services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the Shopify store. We’re not liable for any consequential damages as long as we hand over the agreed-upon deliverables.
To illustrate, it’s not our responsibility if you don’t market your products, which results in reduced sales or no sales. However, if our suggested products fail to perform as promised within the said time frame, we’ll replace them.
We do not offer refunds as long as we’ve delivered your Shopify store.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed by the laws of your Country/State, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of your Country/State.
Changes to Terms
